The microphone of headset Plantronics C320-M does not work anymore within GoToMeeting, whereas it used to work fine and still does for all other applications like Zoom and Teams. Other times the other party will just be like Hello You there and finally hang up.

Most of the times, but not always, there will be an error message within the Skype client stating that your microphone stopped working. Note: Some wireless sound equipment has a USB transmitter which should be plugged in using the same method. The symptoms goes like this: during a call the user’s microphone will stop working. However, then the volume is way too high for me to handle in my ears. It also seems like my microphone level might be connected to my volume level - a few people have reported being able to hear me better when I turn my volume all the way up. and even opened up Waves MaxxAudio - all of them can barely pick up my voice.
